Here’s how to Request Marquee Spare Parts!

At the outset, thank you for purchasing an Extreme Gazebo. We’re glad to know that you like your marquee and hope that your event is a smashing success. The best part about partnering with Extreme Marquees is the post-sales service. We stock almost all marquee spare parts in our warehouse – nearly everything is available, right from marquee legs, truss bars, connectors, to all the nuts and bolts.

Should your gazebo need a replacement part, we can ship them to you straight away. In exceptional cases, say for instance, when your event is just two days away, we can ship the marquee gazebo spare parts overnight as well.

Do you need marquee spare parts? Follow the steps below:

First things first, when your shipment arrives, inspect the package closely for any superficial damages. If you find any parts broken or missing, inform the delivery person immediately. And then give us a call.

There are two ways that our support team will suggest. One is filling the warranty claim form, and the other is requesting a replacement.

1. Claiming a Warranty

If you’ve read our warranty manual, you must be aware that we cover manufacturer’s defaults only. What does this mean?

It means that we don’t cover damage caused by rain, storm, wind gusts, or improper handling. Chances are, you’ve already got it covered with your business or home insurance policy. For anything else, we’re here.

Next, fill out this claim form with details regarding your purchase, damage, and share it with us. After we check and assess the damage, our experts will reach out to you to discuss the further steps.

2. Requesting a Replacement

If you’ve lost a part, you can request a replacement. Just fill out the spare parts order form with your details. Alternately, you can shop all spare parts online.

Say your marquee got damaged beyond hope, somehow. It could happen, considering how notorious Australia’s weather is. So, what now?

Again, call us. We’d be more than happy to replace your marquee with a brand new one at a reasonable price.

Proper Upkeep and Maintenance of your Marquee keeps them Around Longer

• Your marquee comes with 8 steel pins and 4 tie-down ropes. These must be attached at all times. If the marquee is being placed on hard surfaces, water or weighted plates must be used. Please note, weights are accessories and sold separately.
• The roof tension straps must be attached securely.
• After the event is over, the marquee and its accessories must be carefully dismantled, cleaned, and packed away inside their respective carry cases.
• The gazebo should be upright during transit. Remove the roof if you want to position the marquee horizontally to avoid damage.
